The most effective HR leaders know how to diagnose organizational health, uncover root causes, and guide leaders toward clarity, alignment, and performance. Without a structured way to ask those questions, even experienced HR professionals can get stuck reacting, getting pulled down by the day-to-day issues, instead of leading strategically.

 

In this session, participants will learn how to use a simple, practical, SHRM aligned framework to elevate their strategic impact and strengthen the competencies outlined in the SHRM Body of Applied Skills and Knowledge (BASK).

 

Grounded in four Vital Signs of organizational health, we will explore how HR leaders can ask the questions that matter most. Each Vital Sign aligns directly with SHRM’s behavioral competencies and HR Expertise domains, giving HR leaders a credible, research backed framework for diagnosing organizational challenges and driving meaningful growth.
